Boda de Nancy + Polo

Como les comente en el preview de esta boda, mi amigo Gustavo Sauceda me invito a la boda de Polo y Nancy en el cañon de la Huasteca.

Aqui los dejo con una redaccion de esta increible boda con tradiciones de nuestros antepasados y algunas pics.

Por la noche se realizó la ceremonia del jaguar, con danzas mexicas chichimecas y concheras y haciendo una ofrenda de flor, la ofrenda consiste en hacer unos bastones con flor para después ser llevados a diferentes lugares sagrados, se va colocando la flor alrededor de los bastones hasta cubrirlo totalmente, cada flor que se coloca lleva un rezo o una intención.

Esta ceremonia es para honrar a los espíritus de la tierra en esta ocasión especialmente se honra al espíritu del jaguar manifestado en la montaña con la luz de la luna llena, pues en este mes se ve con mayor claridad.

Al amanecer se realizó la ceremonia de matrimonio por dos tradiciones diferentes, ceremonia mexica tradicional llamada “Amarre de tilmas” y ceremonia de “Amarre” por la tradición Lakota de los indígenas del norte de Estados unidos.

En la ceremonia de amarre de tilmas la mujer le da de comer al hombre y el hombre le da de comer a la mujer, son amarrados de sus manos y también de su indumentaria y con un lazo de flores. Antes de esto, la mujer entra al círculo por la puerta del poniente acompañada de mujeres quienes le dan consejos sobre el matrimonio, lo mismo el hombre pero éste entra por la puerta del oriente, llegan al centro del círculo y se ponen de espaldas sobre un petate después poco a poco van girando para quedar de frente y entonces verse a los ojos para posteriormente ser amarrados y compartir los alimentos.

En la ceremonia Lakota el anciano los sienta al frente y les habla dándoles consejos, les da un amuleto el cual deben de conservar en su nuevo hogar, los cubre con una cobija, les da un tabaco para que se hablen mutuamente por cuatro ocasiones consecutivas. Además les pide a familiares o amigos cercanos que les den consejos mientras fuman un tabaco. El anciano les da además del amuleto unos presentes.

Al teminar la ceremonia el nuevo matrimonio ofrece una danza y da regalos a los invitados. Se hace la bendición de los alimentos para posteriormente compartirlos.
